We use our still in Melbourne currently as we search for the right site in the Otways to set up down here as I couldnt afford all the money to set up a commercial distillery when i was playing around at the start. So I take all the fruit and botanicals which we prep in the Otways and then drive down to Melbourne to process and then hand bottle and label them and drive them back. But one day we will have a shed in the Otways...
I wanted our products to be clean and pure, and not using dirty preservatives etc. So they are good for people like who are sensitive to sulphites etc.
