Proud to Support the Brae Birregurra Community Fundraiser

We’re thrilled to be part of the 2025 Brae Community Fundraiser, organised by the world-renowned Brae Restaurantin Birregurra. This incredible initiative supports vital projects for our local community, and this year’s focus is on upgrading the kitchen at the historic Birregurra Mechanics Hall – a much-loved gathering place for arts, culture, and connection since 1884.

As part of the fundraiser, Otways Distillery has contributed a stunning artisan spirits pack as Sixth Prize, featuring:

🥃 Forrest Gin – our signature small-batch gin, inspired by the lush Otways forests.
🐾 Dog Lovers Gin – a tribute to the 40+ rescue dogs we’ve fostered and loved.
🍋 Citrus Vodka – a fresh, zesty spirit bursting with local lemons, oranges and limes.
🍋 Otways Limoncello – handcrafted from lemons grown in the Otways.
🍊 Otways Marmalade – a sweet, tangy creation made with love.

Each bottle is crafted using locally sourced and foraged ingredients, celebrating the native and farmed botanicals of the Otways region. It’s the spirit of the Otways, distilled in a bottle.

💛 Why This Fundraiser Matters

Birregurra Hall has been at the heart of our community for over 140 years, but outdated kitchen facilities have restricted its use. Funds raised will help bring catering services back to life, supporting senior citizens’ dinners, community events, and cultural gatherings for our growing town.
